As our Contents Project Manager, you’ll be the maestro orchestrating contents projects from “ground zero” to “nailed it,” all while keeping things on time and within budget. Think of yourself as the captain of a ship, navigating through storms of furniture and household contents while serving our customers with the greatest of care.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold
- Survey damage within the property
- Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property
- Demolition of structural damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools
- Perform initial site visits
- Conduct moisture inspections
- Complete assigned tasks and notes in our primary operating system (RMS)
- Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process
- Interact and communicate with customers and carriers, keeping them in the loop on project status
- Create work orders for projects
- Schedule vendors and subcontractors
- Team up with our project estimator to review estimates and keep budgets on track and on time
- Provide weekly updates on active projects to customers and our internal system
- Keep job sites safe while ensuring quality for our customers and training opportunities for our team
- Assist in financial collections, draws, and final payments throughout the project.
- Paid IICRC certification available as IICRC classes are offered
- A high school diploma or GED
- Experience in contents or construction management/supervision
- Three or more years of management or leadership experience in the restoration/construction industry preferred
- Constantly move about job sites; stairs, walkways, roofs, crawl spaces
- Occasionally requires a ladder to complete jobs
- Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
- Frequently will lift up to 60lbs
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
