Project Manager
As our Project Manager, you’ll be the maestro orchestrating contents projects from “ground zero” to “nailed it,” all while keeping things on time and within budget. Think of yourself as the captain of a ship, navigating through storms of furniture and sit arounds to deliver jaw-dropping results.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year + commission

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

Wield company resources and subcontractor trades like a wizard to kick off and wrap up contents projects
Interact and communicate with customers and carriers, keeping them in the loop on project status
Create work orders for projects
Schedule vendors and subcontractors like you’re planning the world’s smoothest vacation
Be the Yoda to an on-site supervisor, guiding them to project greatness.
Team up with our project estimator to review estimates and keep budgets tighter than your favorite jeans.
Provide weekly updates on active projects to customers and our internal system—because communication is your superpower.
Keep job sites safer than a bubble-wrapped fortress, ensuring quality and sniffing out training opportunities.
Keep the cash flowing with positive financial collections, draws, and final payments throughout the project.

What You Bring to the Party:

A high school diploma or GED
Experience in contents or construction management/supervision
Three or more years of management or leadership experience in the restoration/construction industry (preferred, because we love a seasoned pro).

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
